HEY FUTURE GRAD,
If you're on this page right now, it's likely because you are looking to have a fun, unique and incredible senior year experience! We are so happy you are considering being a part of our rep team and are sooooo excited to be opening up this opportunity for the Class of 2027!
The Poetic Captures Senior Rep Team will consist of a group of girls who are outgoing, fun, involved in their community and inclusive seniors in the Phoenix area* who will represent our photography brand throughout their senior year. As a rep, you’ll get access to styled shoots, discounts, and fun extras — all while helping spread the word about our work!
*Phoenix area will include any seniors in Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Glendale, etc.

as a senior rep, you will receive:
3 styled group sessions
1 individual session
Polaroids

Be featured on our Instagram/website
A fun, creative community experience

The total cost to participate is $700 (total value of $1,500!)
THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Submit an Application
At the bottom of this page you will find a link to the Senior Rep application. The app will be open Friday, May 1st through Friday, May 15th. Make sure to submit your application by the deadline!
Review/Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed the week after the deadline and students selected will be notified on Friday, May 22nd. YAY!!! A signed contract and deposit will be due by Thursday, May 28th to secure your spot on the team!
Senior Rep Team Finalized
Once the team is finalized, the fun begins! We will connect all Senior Reps and begin planning the first styled group shoot in the summer. We will connect with each rep individually to discuss individual sessions in the fall.

FAQ
When is the application due?
The application will open on May 1st and close on May 15th. Applications will be reviewed the following week and students selected will be notified on Friday, May 22nd.
When will I hear back?
Applications will be reviewed after May15th and students selected will be notified by Friday, May 22nd. Students who are not selected will be placed on a waitlist and notified on Friday, May 29th if a spot has opened up.
By which date would I need to commit?
Students selected for the senior rep team will have until Thursday, May 28th to send the deposit and signed parent contract. If a selected students does not communicate with us by the deadline, we will contact students on the waitlist on Friday, May 29th.
If I am not selected as a senior rep, can you sill take my portraits?
Of course we can still take your photos! Not being able to accept all applicants is the hardest part of this process!!! If you are not selected, we would still love to take your portraits.
As a rep, where can I take my senior portraits?
Most locations within the Phoenix area are available for your individual session! If you are interested in a location that is further away, travel fees will be applied.

Please read the following statements before submitting an application:
- I am a 2027 High School Senior living in the Phoenix area
- I am aware that Victoria and Rafael will notify my parents of my application. Your parent/guardian will be contacted first if you are chosen as a senior rep, so please be sure they are aware that you are applying!
- I am comfortable with any/all photos being posted or shared on any platform
- I am comfortable posting frequently on my social media platforms
- I am aware I need to tag @poeticcaptures whenever I post photos taken by Poetic Captures
- I am not allowed to hire any other photographers during my senior year for senior photos (sports and school photos are okay)
- I am going to attend all styled group photo sessions throughout the year
- I am aware that the total cost to participate is $700 (total value of $1,500)
